Mid-Season training led by Graeme Grant and supported by Isabella Irwin, one of our new coaches and former Irish Nationals Ladies champion, scheduled at Galway Bay Sailing Club Wed 21st and Thurs 22nd June. Get ready for the Connaught Championships and the season ahead. Training plan includes Tuning, speed work, corners (ie windward mark, leeward mark, reaching) tailored to suit weather and group. Entry is now open. Entry is PER BOAT and is initially limited to 6 boats. Extra entries will be wait-listed and will be accommodated if there are 9 entries or more.
The entry fee is €65 per sailor (€130 per boat)
