HYC will be running a 420 training weekend on November 21st and 22nd, open to all 420 sailors. This is a great opportunity to prepare for the UK End of Seasons or the Kinsale Christmas regatta.
Alistair Kissane is confirmed as coach for the weekend together with an assistant coach. Fees are €100 for the boat for the weekend (ie €50 per sailor).

Please complete the attached form (per sailor), and email to training@hyc.ie before lunchtime Friday 20th, so we can ensure we have sufficient rescue cover etc.
