Class training starts this Thursday at Lough Derg YC 21/10/09

The 420 class training starts this Thursday at Lough Derg YC, training is due to start at 11am to allow people travelling that morning to get upto Lough Derg.  There will be training on Thursday and Friday with the 420 End of Season running over the weekend of the 24th / 25th October.

 

For all people planning to attend the Training prior to the End of Season, please make sure you bring a Note Pad, Pen, Fitness Kit and Runners.

 

Following the 420 End of Season at Lough Derg YC, we have the Mid Term training camp been hosted by RCYC from Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October.

 

Please notify Tom if you are planning on attending the training so that we can organise suitable safety for the sessions.
