Summer Training Update 17/06/09

The 420 Summer training has had an extra date added due to interest, the training will all be run from RCYC starting on Monday 22nd June.

• The first training camp runs from Monday 22nd June to Thursday 26th June.
• The second training camp runs from Tuesday 30th June to Friday 3rd July.
• The third training camp runs from Monday 6th July to Thursday 9th July.

Everyone who is intending to attend the training MUST register their interest with Lucille by Saturday 20th June.

Everyone must bring the following equipment with them. - Fitness training equipment - Runners, Shorts + Top - Notebook + Pen - Rule Book - Adequate sailing clothing and equipment to last for the training period.

All boats who are attending the World Championships or Junior European Championships will be required to attend this training

There will be a measurement day where we will check through all the boats going to these events - Please therefore make sure that you bring everything you plan to use at these events this year to the training to measure.
