Mitubishi Youth Regatta 13/05/09
2009 Mitsubishi Youth Championships.
The Royal St George and National Yacht Clubs ran a very successful event last weekend in favourable weather in Dublin Bay and Dun Laoghaire Harbour. As part of the preparations to host the 2012 ISAF World Youth Championships in Dun Laoghaire entrants from all over Ireland competed at top level standard over Saturday and Sunday.
Six races were scheduled on two of the courses that will be used for the 2012 Worlds on Dublin Bay. The championships included racing in the Optimist, Topper, RS Feva, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7 and 420 classes.
